A new render of Nokia's alleged C1 smartphone surface

The Nokia C1 might come with both Android and Windows 10, as we can see in the renders.

Back in September we saw a leaked photo of the Nokia C1, this is though to be the company's first Android smartphone and now what appears to be a press render of the handset has been leaked.

Nokia isn't allowed to release a new smartphone until 2016, but 2015 is nearly over and I'm pretty sure that they're preparing to release a line of new phones.

Although we cannot verify this latest claimed Nokia C1 render, there's always a chance it could be genuine.

An image of an alleged Nokia C1, a phone that is said to be the first one in Nokia's return as a phone maker, is making the rounds on Chinese Twitter equivalent Weibo.

The announcement was made in the Autumn Statement delivered by chancellor George Osborne on Wednesday.

Next year, Finland's Nokia could return to the mobile phone market with the C1 model. From what we can see in the renders, it seems to have a great screen-to-body ratio, which would be great. A problem with the update reset settings on some devices made it easier for advertisers to track users across various applications, and also made user data more vulnerable to other devices with wireless Bluetooth connections - even if they weren't linked to the users' PCs, tablets or smartphones. Naturally, it's unknown whether these images are legitimate and we will most likely never get a confirmation from Nokia.
