Samsung Galaxy S7 Active leaked (rugged smartphone)

Ltd.is set to release its new Galaxy S7 Active phone and a new leak Monday show's that the phone is getting a battery upgrade among other features.

According to the report, the Galaxy S7 Active will be slightly thicker and heavier compared to last year's Galaxy S6 Active, apparently due to the device's larger 4000mAh battery (up from 3500mAh). The Galaxy S7 Active is also expected to be physically larger than the Galaxy S7, with the former coming in at 9.9mm-thick and the latter measuring in at 7.9mm. It's tipped to feature a 5.1-inch 1440x2560 Super AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, a 12MP rear-facing camera, and a 5MP front-facing camera.

The S7 Active features a 12-megapixel camera, down from the 16-megapixel resolution found in the S6 and S6 Active.
