Pre-Release Reviews Streaming in for Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge

As part of the S7 launch, Samsung and JetPackMan will be shooting 360 degree video footage around the country and released on social media over the coming weeks.

Specifically, YouTube user Jerome Ortega ran a performance test across various top devices, including the Moto X Pure Edition, the Nexus 6P, the Galaxy S7 edge, and the iPhone 6s Plus. AT&T customers can also get up to $650 in credits per line to move their mobile phone accounts to AT&T from a competitor under the offer. If you order before March 18 you will also get a Gear VR headset plus a year of Netflix for free.

Soon after Samsung announced the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge in late February, the company's officials stated that they expect these smartphones to sell much better than the previous flagships. This time, they have removed Samsung Pay from the Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

The program, which is similar to the one launched by Apple in September, allows consumers on a 24-month installment agreement to pay an extra fee for the opportunity to trade in their existing device for the latest Samsung smartphone after one year.

The 5.1-inch Galaxy S7 and 5.5-inch Galaxy S7 edge are an act of refinement for Samsung, improving over the S6 in a number of subtle ways. "Available in Black Onyx and priced at $649.99 (plus tax), Galaxy S7 can be paired with no-contract plans from Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, giving customers a couple of great options to fit their needs", said Sprint corporate relations officer, Danielle Babbington. The carrier will be offering customers who buy two Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphones on equipment installation plan a full retail price of the second phone but in the form of a prepaid debit card.

The cameras on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, which has trimmed pixel density from 16MP to 12MP, features the first Dual Pixel camera on a smartphone, which delivers brighter and sharper images, even in low-light.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Reviewers qualified the soon to be launched smartphones as evolutionary rather than revolutionary
