HTC 11 is among the most awaited smartphones of the year. Before the company releases this smartphone, they announced the arrival of the HTC U Play and U Ultra smartphones earlier this year. The phone runs the latest version of Android that has just started rolling out. The phone also runs 6GB of RAM and most interestingly, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
In the past, we reported that it is due to Samsung taking a major chunk of the Snapdragon 835 processors to themselves that other smartphone manufacturers might face problems releasing their devices in time. The LG G6 had been worst hit by it. It looks like the HTC 11 too, would release along the same time as the LG G6 due to the same problem. Samsung is flexing their muscles here and delaying the release of the competition.
In addition to the aforementioned specs, the HTC 11 features a resolution of 1556×2560 – this indicates a resolution greater than QHD, which would be quite interesting. As of this moment there are no other details that are available on this upcoming HTC flagship. It is expected that the phone would once again feature the innovative design that HTC typically offers every year.
